A Communist Christmas

It’s the Christmas season. For many, it has been the Christmas season for weeks, as it seems to start earlier and earlier every year.

Christmas day is the most important day in the history of the world for two reasons: it is the birth of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and it is the day that the never-ending war against Christianity began.

Given the secular, white-Christian-hating world we live in (much of the hate coming from white people who claim to be Christians, themselves), I can hear the eye rolls at the sentence above. But the exhaustion that some expense at reading that sentence is partially what makes it true.

Since the birth of Jesus, people have been rejecting him as God. It is, after all, the reason he was crucified. Since today’s non-believers don’t have the opportunity to crucify the Christ, they must settle for the next best thing: remove him completely from society.

You may wonder how, exactly, celebrating Christ’s birthday is an attempt to remove him from society.

It’s important to understand that the ruling power of the leftist agenda is communist. This isn’t to say that your neighbor who votes democrat is a communist, but the people who pull the strings at the top certainly are. The goal of the communist is to remove God, remove family, and remove the pride of where one is from, from society. The communist wants you to be faithless, fatherless, and lonely, dependent solely on the state.

One doesn’t have to look far to see the removal of God from society. You won’t find him in our schools, as it’s not allowed. You won’t find him in any decision making in Washington, as we’ve been fed a lie of “separation of church and state” that doesn’t actually exist (really, that isn’t in the constitution). And, quite honestly, there’s a lot of “Christian” churches you won’t find God in either. Through single-parent households, Godless schools, and social media, we have become a faithless generation. Church attendance is lower than it has been in hundreds of years. Our country, though it claims to not have a national religion, has been taken over by the LGBTQ+ religion, which rejects God at his core (the whole mutilating children thing).

The only thing that Jesus still has going down here on Earth is that people celebrate His birthday. Or maybe I should say that people celebrate on His birthday. While many of you will reject this, Christmas has, unfortunately, been slowly hijacked by the communist. The truth is that God is far from the mind of many while celebrating Christmas. Even if people put on their one suit and go to church for the second and final time all year, the birth of the Savior can’t compare to their special seasonal beers, football, and presents. That is exactly how the communist has won. As he always does, he has forced God out for something else you love: your family and yourself.

The removal of God from Christmas is like the 1940s during WWII when the communist forced God out of the American life and replaced it with a love of country. Because the replacement feels, and is, valid, you don’t even realize what you are falling for. Pledging allegiance to the flag instead of kneeling before the cross probably never felt shameful to anyone. You were saving the world. You were standing before good, which meant you were against evil. But had they known that the whole time they were facing the flag that the communist was burying their cross behind their backs, maybe they would have clutched to their rosary as they stood towards the flag.

If you asked most today, Christmas is a time to celebrate and cherish family. It’s about giving – not receiving. It’s about taking a step back to enjoy the finer things in life. Christmas is a time to make cookies and sing Jingle Bell Rock, All I Want For Christmas Is You, and Holly Jolly Christmas. Songs that make us feel good as individuals. Movies like Elf or Home Alone that make us laugh and create lasting memories of watching with family, but far miss the mark on what Christmas actually is. But you know what you call all those things? Christmas activities. Christmas music. Christmas movies. But not even one of those things have to do with the birth of God on Earth. All of them have been created to slowly make the Christmas season about you and how you feel, and not about God. Are you happy? Are you enjoying the Christmas season? Are you in a “jolly” mood? Selfishness has replaced devotion. The questions we should be asking during Christmas are, are you a believer? Are you understanding of Jesus’ love for you? Are you aware that God sent his only Son so that you could raise your own to believe in Him, as well?

This is all the work of the communist agenda – and it is working. I would be willing to bet that you know someone (and maybe it’s you!) who is on record as not believing in God but celebrates the “Americanism” of Christmas. Or someone who says they believe in God but don’t practice religion, but always make sure to have an Instagram post of them decorating their tree. It’s why any new “Christmas” song today fails to mention God. Go listen to the new songs put out by today’s pop stars on their “Christmas” albums. Any of the songs they create won’t mention God. They will mention shopping, “love,” and having a glass of wine, but none of them will mention Jesus.

Listen to your radio closely. As the years go on, you will hear less and less religious Christmas music on the local stations that start playing the music two months in advance. We will get to a day where we can’t listen to music about Jesus in preparation for the day of His birth because not everyone who celebrates Christmas believes in Jesus. That may sound like an utterly insane sentence, but when you consider the fact that thousands of people who reject Jesus already do celebrate Christmas, the idea of catering to them really isn’t that crazy.

Christmas will go from a celebration of Christ’s birth to a holiday that we celebrate at the end of the year to take time off work to spend with family and show our appreciation for one another.

The communist is smart. Because the communist knows that me suggesting that Christmas be a day to spend and appreciate with family is bad thing makes me look like the crazy person. Just like anyone who would have refused patriotism in the 1940’s would have looked crazy. But once they got everyone worshipping the flag instead of God, what did the communist do? They made the flag controversial. And that is what they will do to your family.

Once the communist has removed God completely from Christmas and has made the day about you and your family, the communist will begin the next part of his plan. Christmas will become a time to celebrate yourself. After all, it was you who spent all year working. It was you who spent all year trying to please others. It was you who spent all year putting yourself last. So why not treat yourself? Why should you buy a gift for your siblings or your mom and dad? What did they do for you this year? Take that $200 you were going to spend Christmas shopping and spend it on yourself. On Christmas day, since there’s no mass to attend anymore, skip dinner at Grandma’s house and stay in bed to watch Elf and Home Alone. This is a time of year to show yourself some appreciation, after all.

This is happening right now, right in front of us. Many of us, myself included, are to blame. We’ve become more concerned with our Christmas Instagram post than Christmas mass. We have convinced ourselves we are good people when we buy someone less fortunate than us a gift. Sure, selflessness is a part of Jesus’ teachings, but selflessness is supposed to be giving ourselves to God, not necessarily giving things to other people during one specific time of year.

What a win this would be for the communists. Stealing the most important day in the world from Christians in the name of American consumerism. Christmas won’t be won back by just going to church on Christmas this year. You need to go on Christmas. And you need to go the next week. And you need to go the week after that. And between all those weeks, you need to read the gospel and spread its message. If we limit ourselves to celebrating the Savior’s birth to a single day, we set ourselves up to lose the celebration completely.

Don’t let them win. Truly celebrate Christmas this year. You can have the fun with your family and have your traditions. But please make sure you celebrate by teaching your family about Jesus the other 364 days of the year.

Yo idk how many people are in your district. But 45 views and 0 comments before this is kinda embarrassing. Maybe you should try being like…a nice person? In high school you were hilarious and now it seems like you’re the worst, also the worst who has a total of like 7 votes. Just try being, you know, like a person again.
